How long will my order take to ship?
Volaant products are made in small batches. Please allow up to 6 weeks for fulfillment and shipment. If production is delayed beyond that window, we will notify you with an updated timeline and your available options.
Why does fulfillment take up to 6 weeks?
We produce in limited drops rather than mass manufacturing. This helps us stay close to the formulation process, maintain quality control, and avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Will my packaging always look the same?
Not always. Because we produce in small batches, packaging, labels, bottles, jars, or component details may vary slightly by batch as we refine production and sourcing. The formula inside remains the priority.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, all sales are final after the 48-hour preorder cancellation window. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products delivered as ordered.
Can I cancel a preorder?
You may cancel a preorder within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that window, your order enters production planning and cannot be cancelled or modified.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help make it right.
What if Iām not sure which product is right for me?
We offer product consultations to help you choose more confidently before ordering. Consultations are for product guidance only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
Products & Usage
Are your products made for sensitive-feeling skin?
Our formulas are created without artificial fragrance, silicones, or unnecessary filler ingredients. However, some formulas contain high-performance cosmetic actives and may not be suitable for every skin type. Always patch test first, especially if your skin is reactive, compromised, or highly sensitive.
Which products should be used with extra caution?
The Kiran Exfoliating Mask and Ojas Brightening Serum are high-active cosmetic formulations and should be used carefully and sparingly, especially by those with sensitive, reactive, or barrier-compromised skin.
How should I use the exfoliating mask?
Use sparingly. Do not apply to open cuts, broken skin, freshly shaved skin, sunburned skin, active irritation, or skin that has recently undergone strong professional treatments unless cleared by your provider.
How should I use the brightening serum?
Start slowly, patch test first, and avoid use on broken, freshly shaved, sunburned, or actively irritated skin. Avoid combining with strong exfoliants, retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, or prescription topicals unless your skin already tolerates that combination or your provider advises it.
Should I use SPF?
Yes. When using formulas with acids, retinoids, or brightening actives, use daily broad-spectrum SPF and limit unnecessary sun exposure.
Can I use these products after professional treatments?
If you have recently had lasers, peels, microneedling, injectables, surgery, or another professional treatment, consult your licensed provider before use.
Can I use the products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please consult your physician before using active skincare products while pregnant or breastfeeding, especially formulas containing retinoids, acids, or brightening actives.
Should I patch test?
Yes. Apply a small amount to a discreet area and wait 24ā48 hours before applying more broadly. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Are the products fragranced?
We do not use artificial fragrance. Some products may have a natural scent from their ingredients or botanical components.
Do your products contain silicones?
No. Our formulas are designed without silicones.
Do you avoid ingredients associated with endocrine-disruption concerns?
Yes. We maintain an internal restricted ingredient list and avoid intentionally formulating with certain ingredients commonly questioned for endocrine-disruption concerns. Ingredient science evolves, and customers with specific sensitivities or medical concerns should review the full ingredient list with their provider.
